General Information

• Day Visitors strictly 8am – 5pm
• Check in time: 14h00/2pm
• Check out time: 11h00/11am
• Late check out rates apply if not vacated by 11am, unless by prior arrangement
• Early arrival (before 2pm) or extended stay (until 5pm). Late check out by prior arrangement: R500 – R600 (Chalets) 
• Strictly no dogs and other pets are allowed
• No smoking allowed in chalets due to fire hazard
• Caravan and camp sites: Braais are supplied, however guests are required to bring their own grids. Grids may also be purchased from the main gate
• Self-catering accommodation: Braais and braai grids are supplied
• Refundable Key Deposits: Chalet 1 to 6 – R500.00; Chalet 10 and 9 – R500.00; Chalet 8 and Cabanas R600.00
  on arrival (cash only). Deposits may be retained for breakages and refunded via EFT, please provide bank details at check out
• Not more than 2 vehicles per camp site unless by prior arrangement (R60.00 per day extra per vehicle if more than 2)
• Quad bikes may only be driven at a speed of 10kph in and out of the resort to access the gravel road and bikers may ride on the opposite side of the dam where they can ride on a wonderful path along dongas and the spruit
• All boat owners/drivers must have a valid skippers licence before launching is permitted. Boats may not be launched if a skippers licence is not presented
• Only open weave groundsheets allowed on grassed sites
• No Wash Lines to be strung from tree to tree, a clothes horse may be used on site
• No loud music after 10pm to respect other guests
• Strict speed limit of 10kph in the resort
• Housekeeping staff may not be approached to clean chalets or wash dishes, unless prior arrangements at the office. Quick Clean is R100 (Dishes, sweep, beds)
• Right of admission reserved
• Emanzini Resort is not responsible for Council water restrictions, low dam water levels as a result of Council restrictions or drought, or Eskom power failures and Loadshedding
• No open fires allowed on lawns, only on designated braai areas.
